At herrieden.de, you can find information and services (e.g. car sharing, online citizen's bureau) of other providers, the contents of which the city is not responsible for and for the use of which own conditions of the providers may apply.

herrieden.de also publishes commercial information and advertising for companies. For specific services (e.g. company listings) of herrieden.de, specific conditions may apply, which you will be informed about prior to use.

Publications in the commercial forum are under the responsibility of the respective advertising enterprises, any advertising on these websites is subject to the responsibility of the respective advertising firms or persons.

Any texts, images and audiovisual content on herrieden.de as well as layout and design of the service are copyright and must not be used without prior permission of the town and/or the rights holder. Public distribution of content, especially, is not permitted, nor is changing the content. Specific content may include special copyright information that is to be adhered to.

Sending of Email

To the extent that the city, in the course of this service, explicitly offers the option of submitting applications or other legally valid declarations before the town on the electronic route, the transmission of this information is undertaken at own risk. Unless otherwise clearly indicated, the town cannot warrant against wiretapping or for originality of the declarations received.

Applications and declarations for the city that are subject to deadlines may only be submitted in electronic form if the city explicitly grants the right to do so in individual cases. For submittal of the declaration, the process specified or the email address provided is to be used.

Submittal of content

To the extent that the city provides for submitting content for the service, the following applies:

The city reserves the right to either not publish or publish in abbreviated or otherwise amended form the content submitted. There is no right to publication. If you do provide content for herrieden.de, it may not be offensive or in violation of the law nor of immediate political content relating to any given party. Prior to being submitted, content is to be checked by the submitter for correctness and that it is permitted. If you, subsequently, should identify errors or inadmissibility of the content provided by you, please inform us at once. By submittal of content, the city is granted the non-exclusive, free-of-charge, unrestricted in temporal and spatial terms right for storage, use and distribution of that content, either in original or amended form, via internet and via other media, with or without naming of the author.

You herewith release the city from all claims and liability that may be brought by third parties in connection with or because of content provided by you. In case of legal proceedings, you are obliged to support the city in defending against such claims. At herrieden.de, neither direct nor indirect advertising may be distributed. Advertising is only permitted if a separate agreement with the town exists to this end. There is no right to the signing of such an agreement. Advertising by political parties or organizations the aims of which are not in accordance with a free democratic constitution will not be accepted.

The city reserves the right to remove ceded content when the aforementioned rules are not adhered to, and to exclude the user concerned from accessing interactive services.

Warranty /Liability Regulation

The offer of the service herrieden.de is on condition of technical availability, especially in view of required maintenance works and going out of service due to technical problems.

For correctness of information that can be called up as part of the service, no liability or warranty is granted.
